About the lodge

Stay with us in the Tambopata jungle

We are a sustainable and eco-friendly lodge located on the banks of the Tambopata River, 30 minutes from the city of Puerto Maldonado. We offer a two-story family cabin and six spacious bungalow suites, all with private terraces and stunning river views. Enjoy delicious buffet breakfasts, lunches, and dinners prepared with local ingredients, inspired by renowned Peruvian cuisine.

Experience family activities that will connect you with nature, as well as comfortable rooms with unforgettable river views. We offer relaxation areas with hammocks, a swimming pool and bar, beach walks, or boat trips to immerse yourself in beautiful sunsets on the Tambopata River. For your adventurous spirit, we offer kayaking, ATV or bicycle tours, hikes with wildlife viewing, birdwatching at the natural clay lick, or a tour of the beautiful Lake Sandoval.

Amazing place in the Amazon!!! We came as a family of 5, kids ages 6-12. Location is incredible, right on the river, amazing views. Truly feel being in the jungle. Staff was so friendly and helpful - especially Leo! Tours were great. We did day and night walking tour, night boat ride, kayaking, and more. Truly personalized attention. We stayed in the big family home with 3 bedrooms. Very spacious and nice. Not luxury, but had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

I visited several times just to enjoy the bar and view. Edward and Angela are very kind and I had lovely drinks (pisco sour and aperol spritz) while I relaxed reading. The space is very pretty. Definitely check them out even if you are not staying the night.

We spent two nights at this amazing lodge and wished we had been able to stay longer. The site is beautiful, with amazing views of the Tampbota River. Our family can’t say enough kind words about the staff. They were unbelievably kind and thoughtful. The chef is amazing and was able to accommodate all of my strange food allergies with ease. It was way more than we expected.

We had a fabulous few days at this lodge. The staff was always very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and healthy; in fact, it was the best meal we had during our entire trip to Peru. The activities they offer and that are included are very interesting. Ciro, the guide, is super friendly, explains everything with great patience, and shares fascinating anecdotes. The landscape surrounding the lodge is incredible. Watching the sunset over the river is one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. The sunrise from our room was also breathtaking: the views, the sounds of hundreds of birds, the river! It was an amazing start to our honeymoon. We are thrilled.
